Soupie Sales!

It is that special time of year when the NRC Soupie is ready! This year we have three forms of soupie offering two very tasty flavors!!

What is Soupie? Fresh ground lean pork tender loin, that is seasoned, mixed with wee rower hands, then prepared for your delight!

What flavors are available?

Fennel – regular flavorsome soupie w/ fennel seeds

Smoked – a bit spicier soupie as it is made with smoked paprika!

Cured Soupie Sticks are ready to buy right “off the rack”! Heard it from several soupie aficionados who say that this batch of soupie is very, very delightful! A tasty treat for happy hour nibbles, as you may well know, complemented perfectly by a cheddar cheese. Soupie sticks are approx. one pound in size. Sale price is $15 per pound.

Fresh Frozen Soupie Patties are available for purchase! GREAT ingredients for Pizza, Frittatas (omelets) or Pasta Sauce!! Each FRESH soupie is very lean pork loin that has been seasoned, formed into patties by delicate rower hands, then sealed in a ziplock bag and frozen to retain freshness! Soupie patties are approx. one pound in size. Weight is marked on the packet. Sale price is $8 per pound.

Fresh Soupie Links are also available! These tasty links can be served as breakfast sausage or grilled for supper! We only have two Smoked Paprika & one Fennel link (sold out!) left! So hurry! Each FRESH soupie link is very lean pork loin that has been spiced with little rower hands, pressed into a sausage casing, then sealed and frozen to retain freshness. The weight is marked on the packet. The links range from 2 – 3.5 pounds. Sale price is $8 per pound.

Let a coach know of your particular soupie interest ahead of time, and they will arrange to bring a soupie selection for your choosing! Payment may be made in cash or checks made out to “Noank Rowing Club, a non-profit 501c3 corporation. It is with FUN-draisers like these that have enabled us to buy our quad (deliver date – end of April!) OUR NEXT GOAL? How ’bout a racing double!!!
